قارئین کرام!:پاکستانی فوج کا نام آپ کے ذہن میں آتے ہی آپ کے ذہن و گمان میں وہ تمام مکاری اور عیاری سامنے آجاتی ہے، جو کہ رفتہ و رفتہ سے پاکستانی فوج کی جانب سے کی جاتی رہی ہے، اور مزے کی بات ہے کہ پاکستانی عوام ان کو پوچتی بھی رہی ہے، آج پاکستانی فوج کی جانب سے ایک بیان سامنے آیا جس میں اس نے آشکارا کیا کہ زمان پارک میں کئی دہشت گرد چھپے ہوئے ہیں، جب کہ وہاں سابق کرکٹر عمران خان موجود ہیں، پاکستانی فوج کے اس بیان پر زمان پارک کا دروازہ کھول دیا گیا، تو ہاں دہشت گرد کیا کوئی چوہا بھی نہیں ملا، سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ دہشت گردی تو خود پاکستانی فوج کے رگ وپئے میں شامل پھر وہاں دوسرا دہشت گرد کیسے آئے گا، جب بھی کسی لیڈر کو اپنے راستہ سے ہٹانا ہوتا ہے تو اچانک پاکستان میں دہشت گردوں کے حملیہوتے ہیں اور وہ لیڈر اپنے جان کی نظرانہ پیش کردیتا ہے، اب تک سیکڑوں پاکستان لیڈر دہشت گردانہ حملہ میں ہلاک ہو چکے ہیں، اور تو اور یہ لوگ اپنے سیاسی مفاد میں مسجد اور مدرسہ کو بھی نہیں چھوڑتے ہیں، فی الوقت پاکستان کا حال اتنا برا ہو چکا ہے کہ نام و نہاد فوجی جنرل کے خلاف ایک لفظ کہنا وہاں کے لوگوں کے لیے عذاب جان بن جاتا ہے۔کہا جاتا ہے کہ پاکستان کی تاریخ میں سب سے پہلا سیاسی قتل لیاقت علی خان کا تھا جو کہ پاکستان کے پہلے وزیر اعظم تھے، اور مسٹر جنا ح کے قریبی ساتھیوں میں سے تھے، ان کو قتل کچھ اس طرح کیا گیا کہ راولپنڈی کے کمپنی باغ میں مسلم سیٹی لیگ کے اجلاس میں شرکت کے لئے آئے ہوئے تھے، کہ اچانک ان پر گولیوں کی بارش ہوئی، بعد میں گولی چلانے والے کی نشاندہی سید اکبر افغانی کے نام سے کیا گیا، اور اس کا الزام افغانستان حکومت پر عائد کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی، جب کہ اس وقت کی افغانستانی حکومت نے اس کی تردید کی اور کہاکہ سید اکبر افغانستان سے کافی عرصہ سے مفرور تھا، اور خود افغانستانی حکومت کو بھی مطلوب تھا، جب کہ نیویارک ٹائم کے مطابق اکبر افغانی کو حکومت پاکستان کی جانب سے 155امریکی ڈالر کا الاؤنس بھی ملتا تھا، مزید یہ کہ اس اجلاس میں اکبر افغانی سی آئی ڈی کی نششت پر بیٹھا ہوا تھا، جس کا بالکل واضح مطلب ہے کہ سی آئی ڈی والے نے ہی انہیں وہاں جگہ دی تھی، پھر یہ کہ اکبر افعانی کو زندہ گرفتار بھی کیا جاسکتا تھا مگر پولس والے نے دو گولیوں کے ذریعہ اس کا بھی قتل کر دیا، جس سے یہ بات بالکل ظاہر ہو جاتی ہے کہ اس معاملے میں پولس اور فوج دونوں ہی ملی ہوئی تھی۔
پاکستانی سیاست میں فوج کی جانب دوسرا بڑا قتل ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کا ہوا ہے۔ پاکستان کے صدر اور وزیر اعظم کے طور پر خدمات انجام دینے والے ذوالفقار علی بھٹو کو جنرل محمد ضیاء الحق کی فوجی حکومت میں پھانسی دے دی گئی۔عمران خان کی طرح بھٹو بھی عوام میں مقبول ہوتے جارہے تھے، پاکستانی فوج کو یہ خدشہ لگا ہوا تھا کہ کہیں عوامی طاقت کی بدولت فوج کے اختیارات ختم نہ کریں اور فوج کی قیادت کو ہندستان کی طرح مختلف ڈویزن میں تقسیم نہ کردیں، پاکستانی فوج اپنے مطلب پسند افراد کو حکومت میں دیکھنا چاہتی تھی، جس کی بنا ء پر انہیں آنا فانا پھانسی دیدی گئی،حالانہ کہ بھٹو کا ہندستان کی طرف سے رویہ انتہائی سخت تھا۔
اس کے علاوہ بھی متعدد ہائی پروفائل افراد کو پاکستانی کی فوج قتل کرواتے آئی ہے، کہنے کو تو پاکستان ایک جمہوری ملک ہے، حالانکہ حقیقت میں پاکستان میں فوج ہی ڈکٹیٹر ہے، پاکستان میں فوج کے بے غیر مرضی کے سانس لینا بھی محال ہے، پاکستانی فوج کے اعلیٰ افسران اپنی عیاشی اور من مانی میں یکتائے روزگار ہیں، پاکستان میں کسی کو فوج میں ملازمت مل جائے پس کیا ہے اس کا کروڑپتی ہونا طے ہو جاتا ہے، پاکستان کی موجود حالت یہ ہو چکی ہے، کہ جوکچھ کرنا چاہیں کریں مگر فوج کے خلاف کچھ نہ بولیں، فی الوقت پاکستان میں چوری ڈاکہ زنی قتل، ریپ ہر قسم کی واردات کی اجازت ہے بشرطیکہ آپ کے سر پر فوج کا ہاتھ ہو۔پاکستان کی سیاست میں اچھا انسان کبھی بھی نہیں آسکتا، اور نہ ہی پاکستانی فوج اچھے انسان کو سامنے آنے دیگی، ورنہ فوج کے کالے کرتوت بے نقاب ہو جائیں گے۔
