ایسے وقت میں جب کے مسلمان بہت ہی نازک حالات میں ہیں، چہار جانب سے اسلام و مسلمان کو بد نام کرنے کی پوری کوششیں کی جارہی ہیں، ہر دن نئے نئے طریقے اختیار کئے جارہئے ہیں، کہیں مسلمانوں کو متشددمسلمان اور سیکولر مسلمان میں تقسیم کیا جا رہا ہے۔ صرف ملک نہیں بلکہ پوری دنیا میں مسلمانوں کے ساتھ اسی قسم کی بر تاو¿ کی جارہی ہے، وہیں مسلمانوں کے مابین یہ احساس پوری طور پر جگادیا گیا ہے کہ مسلم قوم میں لیڈر کا فقدان ہے، مسلمانوں کا کوئی لیڈر نہیں ہے، جب کہ وہ لوگ جو کہ مسلمان ہونے کے ساتھ مسلمانوں کے پکے سچے، خیر خواہ اور لیڈر ہیں جنہیں میڈیا اور دیگر ذرائع میں بالکل نظر انداز کر کے ایک حاشیہ پر ڈال دیا گیا ہے، مسلمانوں کو یہ دیکھانے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے کہ مسلمانوں کا ہر لیڈر اپنا پیٹ پرور ہے۔ ایک جانب مسلمانوں کا استحصال کیا جارہا ہے اور انہیں ہر چھوٹے سے بڑے ادارے میں تعصب کی نظر سے دیکھا جارہا ہے، دوسری جانب ان کے ذہنوں میں یہ ڈال کر کہ ان کا کوئی لیڈر نہیں انہیں معاشرہ سے بالکل الگ کیا جارہا ہے، مسلمان کے لیڈر کی شکل میں ایسے لوگوں کو سامنے لانے کی کوششیں کی جارہی ہے جن کے اندر غیر و ہمیت پہلے سے ہی مر چکی ہوتی ہے، جو کہ نوالے کے ہی بھوکے ہوتے ہیں، جن کے لئے اسلام و مسلمان کوئی معنیٰ نہیں رکھتا ہے۔ایسے پر آشوب وقت میں مسلمانوں کے لئے ایک سوال بہت ہی اہم ہے کہ ان کا مسیحا اور لیڈر کون ہے؟ جب ہم اس سوال کا جواب قرآن و حدیث میں تلاشتے ہیں، تو ہمارے سامنے کئی ایسی حدیثیں ملتی ہیں جو کہ ہماری راہنمائی کرتی ہے، جس پر عمل پیرا ہو کر ہم آسانی سے اپنے لیڈر کو تلاش سکتے ہیں۔ایک موقع پر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کہ اگر کوئی ایسا معاملہ پیش آجائے جس میں آپ وقتی طور پر کوئی حل نکالنے کے قابل نہ ہوں تو استفتی نفسک اپنے دل سے فتویٰ لو۔یعنی کہ سوچو اور سوچ کر فیصلہ کرو۔ایک موقع پر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ ہماری امت کبھی گمراہی پر متفق نہیں ہو سکتی ہے، یعنی کہ ایک غلط چیز ہو اور اس پر پوری امت کا اتفاق ہو جائے ایسا نہیں ہو سکتا ہے۔اگر کسی مسئلہ پر پوری امت متفق ہے تو اس کا مطلب ہے کہ اس میں خیر کا پہلو ہے۔اسی طرح قرآن کریم کے سورہ فاتحہ میں ہے: ترجمہ اے اللہ مجھے سیدھی راہ دیکھا، پھر اس سیدھی راہ کی تفسیر اس کے اگلے والی آئت میں کی گئی ہے، ترجمہ: ان لوگوں کا راستہ جن پر تیرا انعام ہوا (انعمت علیھم)تفسیر کی کتاب میں اس سے مراد انبیائ صلحا، صدیقین اور صالحین ہیں۔یعنی کہ ان چاروں کی اتباع کی جاسکتی ہے۔پس ان تمام ہدایت کی روشنی میں ہم اپنے لیڈر اور مسیحا کو آسانی سے تلاش کر سکتے ہیں۔ علامہ غزالی نے اپنی کتاب احیائ العلوم میں لیڈر اور مولانا کون لوگ ہو سکتے ہیں اس کیلئے انہوں نے 10خصلتیں بیان کی ہیں، جن میں سب سے اہم اتباع سنت ہو، عالم باعمل ہو، کردار اور گفتار میں کو فرق نہ ہو، جو بولتا ہو وہی کرتا ہو، طلب دنیا کر تا ہو۔یعنی کہ پیسہ اور عہدہ کا بھوکا نہ ہوں، قناعت پسند ہو، حق بات بولتا ہو، اس طرح کے اگر تمام خصلین ان کے اندر موجود ہے تو وہ یقینا لیڈر یا مسحا قرار دئے جانے کا حق دار ہے۔
